Barack Obama isn't just the leader of the free world -- he also appears capable of wiping the legendary "not impressed" scowl from Olympian McKayla Maroney's mug.
Maroney (in the white dress) and her U.S. women's gymnastics teammates met Obama on Thursday, and the White House shared the above photo on Twitter that evening.
A tweet by Maroney earlier on Thursday, however, indicates that she and Obama may have scowled in tandem during their visit -- a photo of which we'd love to see:
If you've been living under an Internet-free rock recently, the McKayla Maroney face became a hot topic at the Summer Olympics. Maroney stumbled at a crucial moment, and had to be satisfied with a silver medal. She displayed her disgust with a memorable off-kilter frown.
